For some of us yeast infections are inevitable; you can even get one because your clothes are too tight. But there are multiple ways to prevent them. The video below I've uploaded has a lot of suggestions but here are some key ways.
Things to do:
1. Eliminate all yeasts and starches for a while; wheat, oats, bread, potatoes, pasta etc.
2. Eliminate all sugar; and I mean ALL sugar. Be sure to read the ingredient labels for any hidden sugars and starches.
3. Apply one of the following to the effected area each day, switching to another the day after; yogurt, tea tree oil, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, crushed garlic, Pau d'Arco Tea. Continue rotating daily treatments until the condition is gone. Be sure to continue at least a week
4. Start taking a daily probiotic supplement.
5. Eat 1-2 cloves of raw garlic daily.
6. Incorporate two tablespoons of coconut oil into your daily diet.
7. Drink 2 cups of warm lemon water each day.
If you stick to this plan, you should be able to overcome the infection within a week or two depending on the severity of the condition.
