I am suffering from stammering problem but only in certain alphabets, what is the treatment for this?

Stuttering can be sound specific or a person can stutter on any sounds. If you are sure of which sounds you stutter try to make a 10 to 20 word list of that sound being in word initial position, medial position, final position.

Ex: if i tend to stutter on the sound /m/ then i shall make a word list

/m/ initial position- mango

/m/ medial - cucumber

/m/final - room

This is just to get confidence in yourself that you have practised and you can tell these words fluently .

Next step is using them in sentences.

Ex : I love eating mangoes

Free you mind. Don't think you need to develop a certain thought style while speaking. Think whatever you want. There is no problem if you assume that you are going to stammer, don’t resist those feelings. Don’t give energy to those feelings by resisting it. Instead, just make sure that you are going to be effortless.
